Mobylette cylinder head cleaned with a clear before-and-after finish
Mobylette cylinder head vapour blasting case study for small motorcycle and moped engine parts.
The starting point
The VMC source post labels the part as a Mobylette cylinder head and says it was vapour blasted. The source thumbnail shows a split before-and-after view of an air-cooled cylinder head with cooling fins and a central spark-plug opening.
What the source supports
Vapour blasting is useful on suitable aluminium engine parts where a customer wants grime and oxidation removed from awkward fins and cast surfaces. VMC still needs photos first to check the part condition and any sensitive faces, threads or areas to avoid.
Small motorcycle and moped cylinder head cleaning
The after side appears much brighter and cleaner than the dirty, oxidised before side. The claim is limited to visible exterior cleaning; the source does not prove mechanical repair or engine performance.
